Favourite food: Chocolate and Sushi

Favourite race food: Enervit energy tablets and baby food (instead of horrible gel's!)

Pet Hate: People who take sport too seriously and ruin it for everyone else; it's all about doing your best and having a great time!

Favourite Movie: Wayne's World or Death Proof
Favouite Band: anything with their own sound (plus I have too many to list!)

Favourite 80's song: Rapture - Blondie

Favourite Simpsons character: Homer, he never fails to get a laugh!

Favourite TV character: Vince Noir - The Mighty Boosh

Occupation: Personal Trainer

Other Interests: Horse riding, playing pool (I'm not that good though!), hanging out with good friends, food, cooking, camping, bushwalking, animals, trying new things, adventures, road trips, traveling, snorkling, swimming.

Favourite Track:

Stromlo (ACT), because it is always a challenge; not too tight and awkward; very fast; always gives you a thrill; good climbs; close to home; and there are always friendly people along the way!

I love to climb and test my physical limits, it's a great feeling to reach the top of the climb and know you put your best effort in or achieved a personal best. I am a little bit hesitant on the technical parts of courses, mainly because I have experienced enough pain to last me a lifetime!

It's all about practice though, so I try to keep up my skills and confidence with regular single track riding. You can't beat the feeling of riding a section of track you never thought you could.
